With support from the Metlife Foundation, Women's World Banking documented best practices in serving low-income women profitably and sustainably. Leadership and Change Management is a critical pillar of this effort because designing and delivering new financial products for low-income women, such as introducing individual loans for entrepreneurs, requires committed and innovative leadership to drive and manage change at all levels of an organization.
